The home screen leads with a completion ring showing how much of today's task list is done, backed by a warm navy-and-gold palette that keeps the interface feeling energizing rather than clinical — a common trap in productivity app design. Below the daily summary, the layout splits into a scannable task list and a project overview, where each active project gets its own progress ring so users can see status without opening the project itself. The goal was an interface that rewards checking in throughout the day rather than just at the start and end of it.
